Common questions about visiting and booking.

How do I book a ticket?

Go to the Book Ticket page, choose your date and time slot, enter the number of visitors and your details, then complete the payment step. You’ll receive a confirmation with a QR code to show at the gate.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Please contact us with your booking ID if you need to change the date or time. Cancellation and refund policies depend on the type of ticket; check your confirmation email or contact our support team.

What are the opening hours?

Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last entry is one hour before closing. We recommend checking for any changes on public holidays.

Where is Dubai Frame located?

Dubai Frame is in Zabeel Park (Gate 4). The nearest metro station is Al Jafiliya on the Green Line. There is also parking available near the park.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You can show the QR code on your phone at the entry gate. Our staff will scan it to validate your ticket.

How long does a visit take?

Most visitors spend 1 to 2 hours at Dubai Frame, including the gallery, observation deck, and glass floor. You can stay as long as you like within the opening hours.
